FGEI has achieved two notable academic milestones:

Syed Munif Hussain (XII A1), student of FG Sir Syed College Rawalpindi, has been selected to represent Pakistan in the prestigious International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) 2025 to be held in UAE (5–14 July 2025). The IChO, organized annually for high school students worldwide, involves a rigorous selection process by STEM NSTC (HEC). After screening over 1000 students through tests and intensive training camps at leading institutions, Syed Munif emerged among the Top 4 national finalists, showcasing exceptional talent and dedication.

Ali Hamdan Alvi (XII-A1, FGSSC) will represent Pakistan in 55th International Physics Olympiad in Paris, France on 17-25 July, 2025 The Only Student from all FGEI schools and colleges to be selected in NPTC Top 50 in Pakistan, then in Top 15 and then finally in Top 5 to represent Pakistan.

The sel process began in June 2024 through PAEC in collaboration with HEC and PIEAS . Both events are sponsored by HEC .
